This policy explains how Clipscriber processes personal data. For most app and account operations, Clipscriber acts as a data controller. When enterprise customers upload content under contract, Clipscriber may act as a processor under separate terms.
2. Data We Collect

- Provide transcription, storage, export, and history functionality.
- Authenticate users and enforce subscription access controls.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

- Transcription content: retained until user deletion, account deletion, or contractual expiry.

- Billing/legal records: retained according to statutory obligations.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we continuously evaluate and improve controls.

Depending on jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to processing.

10. Children
